# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The high heat transforms bitter sprouts into sweet, crispy bites that even self proclaimed vegetable haters secretly love
  • It takes literally five minutes of hands on time but looks and tastes like something from a restaurant
02 -
  • Crowding the baking sheet is the number one mistake people make, leading to steamed sprouts instead of roasted ones
  • The cut side down placement is non negotiable if you want those restaurant quality crispy caramelized bottoms
03 -
  • Dont bother with frozen sprouts here, they release too much water and will never get properly crispy
  • Letting the sprouts sit for 5 minutes after roasting helps them develop even more flavor as they cool slightly
