# Steps:

02 - In a separate medium mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
03 - Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon or spatula until all components are evenly incorporated.
04 - Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange on a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
05 - Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the energy balls to firm up completely.
06 - Transfer the chilled energy balls to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
